Turfscape, the landscape division of Act Global, designed a new surface called Multiplay Pro that enhances areas like weightlifting rooms, batting cages, playgrounds, or dog parks. While Turfscape already has a line of turf designed for athletic use known as Multiplay, Multiplay Pro has a 3mm pad for added support.
Turfscape’s MultiPlay product features an industry-leading, combination recreation, and leisure product construction that provides the beauty of landscaping in a variety of applications. This is Turfscape’s most versatile product and softest low-cut grass. The Multiplay system is recommended for high traffic conditions, poolsides, playgrounds, rooftops, pets, schoolyards, indoor sports facilities, and commercial landscaping. Benefits include UV stability, fiber durability, grab-tear strength, and water/heat/frost resistance.
Multiplay Pro will have the outstanding benefits of Multiplay plus added shock absorbency, and less wear and tear. With the added features Multiplay Pro brings to the table, it will be unstoppable!
A standard gym floor can be made from concrete, carpet, wood, rubber, or other products. Act Global was concerned about the safety of athletes performing on these surfaces because high impact workouts without proper support can cause serious injury. The extra layer of support that Multiplay Pro provides gives cushion to players knees, shins, and achilles, unlike these alternative surfaces.
If we haven’t sold you yet, the Multiplay Pro can be applied with a velcro system, so it can be laid out, removed, replaced by another sports system.
